Is buying a holiday home a good investment?

In purely financial terms we would recommend that you consult your own Financial Advisor before making an investment of any sort, property or otherwise. They will know you and your circumstances and will be in the best position to offer advice. Haulfryn Holiday Home owners tend to consider the purchase of a Haulfryn Homes as an investment in themselves, their families and their leisure lifestyle.

Do I own the land?

Haulfryn Holiday Homes are invariably located in areas of exceptional beauty, with stringent planning laws. As a Home Owner you purchase the right to occupy the piece of land you choose for the duration of your licence agreement, subject to meeting the fees and abiding by the policies introduced for the benefit of all.

Can my friends visit me?

Absolutely! And if you’d like them to be able to enjoy the leisure facilities you can let them have one of the eight seasonal club passes you will be given free every year. Additional passes can be arranged at the Owners Enquiry Centre.

Can I choose the location of my holiday home?

Yes, subject to availability. One or two areas may be more costly, so it’s worth enquiring.

Is your Holiday Home Advisor experienced enough to help me make an informed decision?

Yes, Haulfryn staff are all highly trained and happy to help. Whether you contact our head office or Haulfryn’s holiday locations, you’ll be given expert guidance.

How will you help and support me over the long term?

Just call in at Reception! We can organize any repairs to your Holiday Home that may be required, answer all questions you might have and keep you informed of any events, activities, owner parties and developments.

Can we sell our Holiday Home ourselves?

Yes, you can sell your Holiday Home to whomever you want, but ask at Reception first in case there are local requirements to comply with. You can also pass your Holiday Home on to a blood relative or direct member of your family, or even sell your Holiday Home off-site to a trader, although we wouldn't recommend this as the value off-site tends to be far less.

Of course we are. It’s really important to us that we give you all the information you want and need. We’re happy to invite you to visit any of our locations and show you around both the site and the various holiday homes available. Our job is to make sure that you find exactly what you want and that you’re happy with it…after all, we want our relationship with you to be a long one!
